Frank "Paco" Hannigan

As Chief Financial officer and Managing Partner, Hannigan co-manages our "City Food Merchants, Inc". (Parent Company of the Froma Brand of locations) corporate business development and brand expansion" which will include targeting specific cities throughout the United States for added Café locations. Paco also holds the CFO role for our first retail venture now open in Los Angeles, California- Froma on Melrose. He also works in the capacity of Website Director and Designer for our interactive Global E-Commerce web presence.

Frank Hannigan spent over twenty (20+) highly successful years in Corporate senior management roles -- first at the pioneering Digital Equipment Corporation and then at Sun Microsystems.

Hannigan left Sun in 1997 to form his own Consulting Agency - Global Village Enterprises, Inc., Inc, a company specializing in business and financial operations consulting, interactive marketing and Web site design. His clients up to this point in 2008 have included, Peoplesoft, Sun Microsystems, Inc. , Ferrara's Italian Restaurant of Las Vegas, Quantum Data Storage , Kosmic Music & Kosmic Films , Hollywood Showcase Awards, Kathy Ireland, Malia Restaurant of Santa Monica, the Arnold Rifkin and Christopher Eberts feature film and television production partnership, two high fashion destinations Aura Boutique (Women's high end fashion) and Little Aura (infant and childrens fashion) on the chic & fashionable Montana Avenue of Santa Monica .

Paco, an eleven-year member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS) is also an accomplished percussionist who, under the name "Paco," has performed with Natalie Cole and The Black Cats, Tito Puente, The Greyboy Allstars and numerous all star Latin jazz bands. Combining his music and computer talents, Hannigan has helped many emerging artists to promote their music and acting careers online.

Not sure where he gets the time, but he is also the editor and founder of an emerging Worldbeat-style Arts website/e-zine dedicated to publishing unique content for the Performing, Healing and Visual arts enthusiast. Paco's online magazine site will rev up with an ecommerce store addition coming in late 2008 (www.pacosvillage.com) for his wide viewership's ability to procure many artisan goods, music downloads, uniquely leaning towards a "one of" type of Artisinal products featured throughout the e-store.
